About the AGOF

As a fellowship, we have experienced Phenomenal growth.
Presently, there are AGOF ministers, churches, ministries,
and bible schools that are a part of this growing Fellowship.
The ranks continue to grow daily.

AGOF is an independent fellowship, but we are not anti-denomination.
We do not preach against or attack the other groups
that are in the faith because they hold a different perspective.
However, we believe that fellowship is missing in some groups,
and that is why AGOF was formed. Since our beginning, AGOF
has stressed, "fellowship among the brethren" as the one single
factor that keeps us in unity and in the bonds of HIS love. We
believe that fellowship was important to the early church (Book
of ACTS), and it should be important to believers today.

As a young fellowship, it is awesome (astonishing) what God had
done in us and through us.  While some fellowships claim to be
worldwide in scope, a close observation will prove that their claims
cannot be proven. Why not check us our? Learn what the AGOF
has to offer to you and your ministry. Once you've discovered

When you telephone us, you will speak with friendly and caring
people who will take time to assist you. Callers have repeatedly
told us that most fellowships are not as friendly as we are, but it's
up to you to discover this for yourself.

WHO IS THE AGOF

We are "The Assemblies of God or Faith, Inc" (AGOF). We
were organized  and chartered in 2005 in Stanley, North Carolina, USA.
In 2005 a new Board of Directors was formed and the name changed to it's
present name of AGOF. Godly men, some with forty plus years ministry
experience, helped form the new Executive board with a fresh vision
for soul winning, missions, ministry, and Christian Educaton.
At present, our credential and church division,
 Assemblies of God of Faith Inc., has hundreds of members
 throughout the USA who preach the "Good News".

The AGOF is a balanced, conservative, Trinitarian independent Full Gospel /
faith fellowship. We strive to be fair and reasonable in all matters.
Our Fundamental Truths and constitutional By-Laws are biblically based, sound
conservative, and fair to all without being overly judicial, punitive, or legalistic.
The AGOF is known to be a very loving fellowship that truly cares about its ministers and ministries. We appeal to ministers from many different
ministerial backgrounds as well as new ministers just starting in ministry.
Those ministers who have become a member of AGOF have found they can
remain independent yet have the benefits of being connected to a true
international fellowship that provides benefits and cares for them.

The AGOF fellowship is largely a ministry TO and FOR ministers,
churches, and ministries.  We provide ministerial credentials to qualified
applicants, 501 (c) 3 tax exempt status for churches and evangelistic ministries under our group exemption, and can also prepare the paperwork
for their church / ministry state incorporations. 

The International Headquarters of AGOF is located in Stanley, NC in its'
own facility that was purchased in 1971, which houses all the divisions
of AGOF.  Some of the divisions include:
North Carolina College of Theology, (NCCT), missions department,
as well as other departments.

OVERSIGHT BENEFIT: AGOF has experienced Leadership in all areas of ministry .These men and women of God are available for counsel and prayer whether in the establishment of your ministry or personal spiritual growth. Presbytery provides special ceremony at the annual world conference and local meetings with laying on ofhands. They are ready to assist a church when seeking a pastor or other leaders in the church. They assist AGOF ministers seeking pastorate or other leadership position in affiliated churches. AGOF area, state, and national leadership are available to attend special church events upon invitation.

CHURCH LAW TAX CONSULTANTS: AGOF has a qualified and experienced team ready to help you set up your church or ministry .They consult and assist new and established ministries / churches to make sure they are in compliance with IRS and state regulations. AS a unique and valuable benefit, they are always available to AGOF members anytime at no charge.

BENEFIT OF FELLOWSHIP: AGOF provides and Annual World Conference held at the Headquarter Facility in Stanley, North Carolina each
January as well as regional and state meetings throughout the year. There are also youth, men and women Retreats held in the regions, states, and at the AGOF Headquarters Retreat Campground throughout the year.
